During a conversation with the Social Security Administration this week, my agency was told there is a database, DSS staff have access to, that tracks all payees/wards receiving social security payments. Could anyone share where we access this information or what database/site this information is on?
As an aside to the below questions SSA personnel called our office requesting information regarding our clients, specifically are they receiving benefits. I was not sure if we can release this information without some release from the client. Any guidance would be appreciated.
