Issue Summary:  Committee established goals for Scope of Work.

The five goals reported in the December report will be the short-term goals of the committee.  One long-term goal was approved by the committee:  SIAC will establish and draft a proposed position statement that would be reasonable program integrity standards for all counties in North Carolina; recognizing the need that such standards would need to be fair and consistent for all counties and in part funded by state and county funds to match federal funds.

Position or Policy Recommendation for Board Action:

That the Executive Board approves the goals of the committee.  SIAC would like to accomplish these goals by establishing sub-committees for each goal.
