LIEAP – As the federal budget has not been passed, NC will
receive 25% of federal funds expected for LIEAP until the federal budget is
passed.
-
HIPPA – DSS no impacted by HIPPA unless DSS does
electronic billing (sending medical information). Examples are CAP and At-Risk
Case Management.

SA Transfer of Assets Policy – Will be effective November
instead of September.
